The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Glenn has a good point. Third party maintenance may be willing to fix it
solely if you agree to ink a contract for maintenance for a certain
period. It could be a point of negotiation.
Jim's reply to Glenn was good too. Show us the error and maybe it's a
simple 'reset the card' kind of issue.
