In any case, the system is using for IBM i License is for 4 cores, however the system is using 4 times that many cores. If it is intended to have 16 cores active then they need to add 12 more IBM i Licenses. If they intend only to have 4 in use then they need to lower the use on at least one partition so that the total is 4. Most likely this also will require them to lower the maximum processors in the processor pool that IBM i is running in to 4.
