There is a superceeding PTF.
Apparently IBM has decided to put the two obsolete directories back instead
of fixing CHKPRDOPT to stop checking for these obsolete directories.
If you don't want to mess with the superceeding PTF the corrective action
is:
MD '/QIBM/ProdData/OS400/MGTC'
MD '/QIBM/ProdData/OS400/MGTC/Pervasive'
CHKPRDOPT PRDID(*OPSYS)
