Re: Access to Run SQL Scripts Without *ALLOBJ

I have a user that needs access to the "Run SQL Scripts" function from the
Client Solutions Emulator. We have found that the message "MSGDB0036 -
Server returned SQL error (The connection does not exist.)" comes up when
the function is selected and the sql window does not open. When we change
the user profile to add *ALLOBJ special authority, the SQL window opens
up. Please note this is prior to entering or running any SQL command.

When the user uses STRQRY or STRDFU from a green screen command line, they
can open the file and view data without *ALLOBJ. This makes me think that
there is something running in the background to open the "Run SQL Scripts"
function that needs some higher object authority to run.
