An SQL VIEW does NOT include any INDEXes.(due to ANSI ISO SQL Standards compliance issues.)
You can create an SQL VIEW of a "join" but you must create any needed underlying INDEXes yourself. (See the index advisor ...)
Then, when you use the VIEW, the Db2 Optimizer wil decide what indexes, if any, to use.
