Qsys2.user_info was FASTER than qsys2.user_info_basic

This previously took 3-4 seconds.

It does take a few seconds. Hardly 40 on my machine.
Statement ran successfully (9,677 ms = 9.677 sec)

Fresh connection after reboot of pc.

hundred rows of users. The odd thing is that the "basic" takes twice as
