Thanks for the information. Does your application enter the data via a screen? Our application is a 5250 app and I can’t enter accented characters on the screen.

My CCSID 37 database has no issues with Latin-1 accents.

Sorting and filtering might be an issue with your user community.
For example, É (EBCDIC x'74') sorts before A (EBCDIC x'C1').
