There's a Domino400 list by this same group at lists.midrange.com. That being said the activity is pretty much nil. Check the archives for activity (or lack thereof).
We have Domino running on numerous lpars of IBM i across 3 Power servers. However we migrated email off of Domino on to O365 because of two things. IBM support was abysmal with the disaster that was the rollout of Power 9's vs Domino. Two was management turnover with more familiarity with MS solutions. But the support issue was a drop everything you're doing and get this migration done now.
But other Domino applications are still going strong with more development in progress. We are rolling out Domino 12 and have just a few more instances to go, only slowed down by it currently being hunting season. The Power 9 issues has since been resolved. However, it did take the issue causing major disruption to SAP also for it to finally get resolved.
Domino on i upgrading can be an interesting journey. You have to be really careful about what versions of Domino are supported on what versions of IBM i. Sometimes it's not just the version of Domino but the certain fix pack level required. You also have to have the right versions of Java installed on your IBM i. It's doable. And I don't mean to scare anyone away. Just RTM carefully.
Oh, and yes we still use Sametime for instant messaging and that Sametime upgrade is high on the project list also.
