users go directly to 5250 sessions.
The way I understand it, the exe will first look in the current directory for a
jre directory to see if it contains a java runtime environment. If it doesn't
find that, it will look in the windows path for a java.exe and use that when found.
Try copying the jre directory from jdk-13.0.2.8-hotspot to the same directory
and see how that works when launching the hod files.
