Yes, we are currently chasing down why IBM doesn’t thing our 7063CR1 serial numbers aren't under maintenance. It can be tested for the HMCs by:
Serviceability -> Service Management -> Create Servicable Event -> Check 'Test problem Reporting', Problem description 'Test Event, please close' -> Request Serivce.
Then Serviceability -> Servicable Events Manager -> OK -> You should see a problem with Reference code B3031107 and if it gets filled in with a PMH# then the phone home was successful. If, like us, your HMC serial number is not marked as under maintenance by IBM, you will get another problem with E3D46FFF Licensed Internal Code failure on the Hardware Management Console (HMC).

We recently migrated from a Power7 hardware Model 8205 Power 9 hardware 9009 I can see my entitlements, software keys, downloads, etc under the new system.
I can see/enter PMR under the old system.
I’m NOT able to enter a PMR request on line for the new system.
The new model / S/N do not appear.
We might also have a new customer number for the new hardware.
Is there an on-line registration process for this?
Any one from the group have this process?
