That's the URL that us Yankees get redirected to from
https://www.ibm.com/support/servicerequest/Home.action
I tend to leave off the -946 as it may cause issues if server 946 goes casters up and IBM's redirector can route you to a different server instead, if you don't use the -946.

Ever since the "New" support site has been set up and we have to use that, it's been impossible to get into the site to update PMRs, or god forbid create one.
Is this IBMs new plan for cutting down support calls, only take the SEV 1 calls on line?
It was bad before, but manageable, now it's nearly impossible.......
Anyone figured out how to use this piece of web &%$# ????
