If IBM gives you a "hardware" ticket number in the format: 12345,001 as in 12345, branch 001, where do you find that on line? Where I normally mess with this stuff only Software requests have a format of
12345,001,000 where the last 000 is the country code.
Hardware requests are normally things like: CQXXXXX
