i tried the locate console option. i plugged my pc and the iseries (lan console) into a router. i set my pc for a 192.168 value since i believe that was the last address used for the iseries. I hit the search button, but it returns nothing.

It almost seems like i need to do a reload (have the cd's) to reset everthing back. or is there a way to reset from the control panel?
