Anyone doing this?
99% of our physical files and indexes are generated from DDS. However, we
use SQL Views extensively, which are obviously generated from DDL.
How is done?
Most of the tools generate DDL from meta-data stored in DB objects. It
seems like it would be pretty easy to write a utility to translate DDS to
DDL.
Pros/cons?
I think a better question would be, what would you like to achieve from a
DDS to DDL conversion?

The folks at Tembo are knowledgeable, reputable, and they provide tooling
for mass-conversion to DDL DB objects, with little or no impact on existing
applications.
