CL compiler has been able to compile source up to 120 characters for a
while (e.g., if you create a source physical file of 132 characters, all
120 characters of column SRCDTA are used )
IBM seems to have "hard-coded" the formatting of CL commands to wrap
characters beyond column 70 to the next line regardless of how wide the
source file is, though. or at least I haven't figured out how to control
where the wrap occurs
