What Formats are you trying? Normally they have format xxxx1 has some
info, xxxxx2 has everything in xxxxx1 plus more.

It's been a while since I looked at this API but I do use it in our SPLTOOL
software for many items, including the SPLATT command which creates a
physical file containing information about the spooled file.
