Maybe try running it from a command line? java -jar acsbundle.jar from
the folder it gets installed in?

Subject: ACS vs. Windows 10
Today I downloaded and installed the latest 64-bit version of ACS on the
following machines:
Windows 7 Dell 64-bit laptop
Windows 10 Dell 64-bit desktop
After installing ACS, I downloaded and installed the latest version of
Java on each. The Windows 7 machine is working great. When I try to
run ACS on the Windows 10 machine, it flashes something on the screen
(which disappears so quickly I'm not sure what it was - maybe a
window?), and then acts as if I had never tried to run it.
I've searched the midrange archives, and I've Gaagled it, and I cannot
seem to find an answer as to why this is happening (much less, a
solution).
Both machines are on the same network, in the same building. The only
difference in the installation was that I chose most of the options on
the Win7 machine, but only the Data Transfer option on the Win10.
If anyone has any words of wisdom on this issue, I would be grateful.
TIA,
~TA~
