Since the retirement of our Infinium admin, I've inherited her duties. It has been a few years since I worked on this package. We only use it for historical inquiry.
I've setup a new user, copying her from another. But, when she tries to do a 'Display Employee Data' menu option, it just responds with 'Request completed normally'. Never gets to the next screen.
I've compared the users and they appear to be the same. The original user works fine. I have this nagging thought that I'm missing something like authority to levels or cost centers (but, I may be thinking about JDE). Any suggestions?
