The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

I use binary ftp to put them on my 15 lpars (across three Power 8's).
Then I use the special CALL that Jim suggested.
Works fine.
Fix Central does still allow you to order those on disc but frankly FTPing
them over and doing it that way is probably easier than trying to find
someone to receive, handle and load the disc's up for you.
