Paul:

DSPOBJD ... DETAIL(*FULL) will show you who (what user profile) created it and when (on what date and time).

Then, if the person associated with that user profile is still around, perhaps you can ask why it was created and what it is used for, and whether or not it is really needed?

HTH,

Mark

Rob,

Mine appears differently

Allow read operation . . . . . . . . . . . : Yes
Allow write operation . . . . . . . . . . . : Yes
Allow update operation . . . . . . . . . . : ALWUPD *YES
Allow delete operation . . . . . . . . . . : ALWDLT *YES
Record format level check . . . . . . . . . : LVLCHK *YES

There is no member, so there are no contents.

I also just checked one of my newer LPARS, it doesn't have one.

Now I'm confused.
Is it really needed and what uses it.

Paul

Actually, not even the data should match your lpar name.
If you do a DSPFD on it you will see
Allow read operation . . . . . . . . . . . : Yes
Allow write operation . . . . . . . . . . . : No
Allow update operation . . . . . . . . . . : ALWUPD *NO
Allow delete operation . . . . . . . . . . : ALWDLT *NO

So it's impossible for you to change the contents.
