Really? Are there so many parameters presented on the ?STRJRNPF request, such that simply reviewing the parameters presented [after F9=All Parameters, or in the general Help Text] would serve as a deterrent to investigating [vs asking]? ;-)

More seriously, see the Journal Entries To Be Omitted (OMTJRNE) parameter; the special value *OPNCLO is described in the Help Text as:

"Open and close entries are omitted. ..."

And if instead the question would possibly have meant to ask about "a clause on the SQL CREATE TABLE statement", then for that effect, instead refer to a similarly described [Omit] element on the Inherit Rules (INHRULES) parameter of the Start Journal Library (STRJRNLIB) command per the effect of implicit journal; directing to review the CREATE TABLE statement surely will be fruitless in that regard.
