Hi Justin,

Why are you forced to take the defaults?
There is one checkbox to select whether you want the before image or not.
There is another checkbox to select whether to include open and close
entries or not.
I can select and unselect either of these.
I'm using IBM System i Navigator 7.1 with service pack SI56695.

I have not checked Access Client Solutions.

Thanks.

I started the journaling via iNav on the journal, which turned out to be
my problem. It turns out that by turning on journaling that way, you're
forced to take the defaults. If you start the journal from the table, you
get the option to exclude open/close entries.
