Do they have a _submit comments_ capability there? Seems there is not any means to _submit comments_ on the IBM i Access Client Solutions [http://www.ibm.com/systems/power/software/i/access/solutions.html] page, where the allusion is made to the SS1 [i.e. not i7.1], but of course only mentioning how to obtain the code, not the updates, for both the _optional packages_ and the _base package_ from ESS. I did find a _Feedback_ link for the ESS Web site at: [https://www-304.ibm.com/servers/eserver/ess/ProtectedServlet.wss] that could be used; I did not report any feedback, as I my registration id has no associated machine number and thus no available software to list.

To their credit [albeit, again only in mention of the _base package_ rather than also for the _optional packages_], there is at least some mention of "feature codes 5817, ...", and a link to a /tutorial/ of sorts, "an example of downloading the base package" on the iACS solutions page, provided to serve as "a guide" to finding the content on ESS per [http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=nas8N1010355] "Obtaining Access Client Solutions" Reference #: N1010355 Historical Number: 674013359
