you don't buy 5250 entitlement.

No. This would be for NEW processor entitlements only.

qsys2.group_ptf_currency, querying a small table of backup
history, etc?


With that LPP loaded, auditors may question whether this is
truly a no DB2 environment. However, you can likely prove your
use case utilizing collection services data.
