Why does it keep breaking for this one single object?

I guess I was wrong. Glad to see that fixed the CHKPRDOPT.

WRKOBJ OBJ(*ALL/CPYTOIMPF*)
Object CPYTOIMPF in QSYSV6R1M0 type *CMD renamed CPYTOIMPFY.

SAVRSTOBJ OBJ(CPYTOIMPF) LIB(QSYSV6R1M0) RMTLOCNAME(PENCOR06)
RSTLIB(QSYSV6R1M0) from another LPAR.
Resolved the CHKPRDOPT issue.

Same issue occurred previously, 12/29/13
Same resolution was done to resolve the issue.

CPYTOIMPF *CMD QSYS Copy To Import File
CPYTOIMPF *CMD QSYSV5R4M0 COPY TO IMPORT FILE
CPYTOIMPF *CMD QSYSV6R1M0 COPY TO IMPORT FILE
CPYTOIMPFX *CMD QSYSV6R1M0 COPY TO IMPORT FILE
CPYTOIMPFY *CMD QSYSV6R1M0 COPY TO IMPORT FILE
CPYTOIMPFZ *CMD QSYSV6R1M0 Copy To Import File
CPYTOIMPF *CMD SYSCHG Copy To Import File
CPYTOIMPF *CMD SYSCHGO Copy To Import File

Very strange behavior.

Copying the command from another library into the library where it is
missing will probably not solve the CHKPRDOPT issue.

Just for my sadistic glee...
When isn't CPYTOIMPF not broke?
And, yes, drastically altering the function of it at every release seems
to be a goal of IBM. Hence one major reason why I avoid the use of it. I
pity software vendors who support multiple releases and imbed that
command.

Command default changes and this command was changed Mid-release.

CHGCMDDFT CMD(SYSCHG/CPYTOIMPF) NEWDFT('FROMCCSID(37)')
CHGCMDDFT CMD(SYSCHG/CPYTOIMPF) NEWDFT('STMFAUT(*INDIR)')
CHGCMDDFT CMD(SYSCHG/CPYTOIMPF) NEWDFT('ORDERBY(*ARRIVAL)')

Back in November of 2005, both cmds broke when we upgraded from V5R2 to
V5R3, IBM had us create 2 dtaaras to force these commands to run at V5R2
July 2013 - Disabling the dtaaras will bring these two commands current,

V6R1, fix several current issues with these, (also fixes IFS authority
issues). CCSID was also an issue, back then we were at 65535, we are now
at 37.

CL Compiler Support Option 9

Reinstall + Re-PTF is the easiest way to get rid of this.
By the way - what is the reason for copies of CPYTOIMPF?
