In the case you cite, "JVM and Tomcat" it reports most of what is there,
but not all since the JVM runs in both LIC and IBM i.

WRKSYSSTS still does not show 100% of what's being used, although it is far
more complete than it was in older versions of the OS.

In order to get a better handle on specifics you might use WRKSYSACT. In
earlier releases that was part of the performance tools, recently (I think
V5R4?) it was added to the base OS.

Be careful with that command. Only one user can issue the command at one
time. It sets that interactive priority to "1". If you keep refresh on
you will start to see your job jumping to the top of the list of CPU hogs,
this command is a bit intense.
