Our IBM hardware/software service suite expired on 2/6.
Management finally approved the renewal, BP received it today.
My entitlements expired for downloads, SNDPTFORD, etc, even though I can log in.
Anyone familiar with the specifics on the IBM side?
What gets disabled, what continues to work?
PMRs?
Fix Central?
SNDPTFORD?
Entitlements?
Other?
How long does the renewal process take?
