There are two .txt files that are typically downloaded.
ftp####.txt is a simple byte count of the binary files that will be
downloaded.
ilst####.txt starts out with a long list of PTF's that you ordered or
whatever. You probably didn't have your coffee and fell asleep before you
got near the end of this. The last one I ordered was for a cume and all
groups. This was a LONG list of PTF's. Starting around row 8,906 (no
exaggeration) was "INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS".
