When did the SSD 775 GB #ES0F become available?

These drives are not yet available. Announced on October 8th
and general availability is December 6th .... 2013

I hear your wish about larger 15K drives. My personal opinion
is disk manufacturers don't see a need in this space. Low
latency disk (SSD or Flash) of increasing size will fulfill the
need as long as the price per GB continues to decrease. For
folks who just need to store lots of stuff and don't need to
worry about latency, 10K drives of ever increasing capacity are
the drives of choice. Combine bigger SSDs with big 10K drives
utilizing a technology like IBM's EasyTier and you really
eliminate any requirement for 15K. ****Again, this is my
personal opinion.****
