Looks to me like a network problem. You can ignore the 
"key_type_from_name: unknown key type" messages: they're red-herrings. 
Your ssh client has found a key file to use:  id_rsa.
At this stage it's waiting for a protocol version string from the server 
that obviously isn't arriving. Not enough info there to be any more helpful.
