Sorry all. Spent the weekend working with Pete correcting a 'laundry list' of stuff that was wrong on a Power Blade implementation. The entire Blade thing requires VIOS and we spent 'way too much' time creating commands in notepad so we could paste them into VIOS. I guess it all got into my head. :-)

VIOS is may absolute favorite environment of all time. The command line
is awesome. The help text is clear and the examples are marvelous. The
menus are well organized and understandable. Everything is so intuitive
there and of course the GUI support is beyond believe.

Oh wiat, that was IBM i. Sorry, VIOS is none of that. ...

It really isn't as scary as it sounds. I've been IBM i since 1986 and
I've learned lots about VIOS in the last year because we use it quite a

Hosted by IBM i.

At some time we'll be playing with VIOS. Everyone's warning me that I'm
really going to start complicating the system but I get the impression
that VIOS is the wave of the future for disk on Power hardware.

Hi, Rob:

That would be some kind of "Virtual SCSI" disk, right?

So Domino is running in an LPAR ...

But, is this LPAR hosted by IBM i, or by VIOS?
