Adding a LF creates an index underneath but an index is faster. You can
have both. You can use the index adviser to create the index and then
create a LF with same keys. It should reuse the index path and then you can
delete the index and it will maintain the index through the LF. Best is to
use the index.
Did you look a the condensed index. It combines the index recommendations
and put the most important ones at the top.
