With certain kinds of windows it doesn't take much to heat up a room. Used
to work out of an office in Kalamazoo. The rooms with windows had floor
to ceiling models. Electricity was included in our lease. We were
threatened with eviction if we continued to run our air in the winter.
These were not "machine rooms".
