Some 5250 emulation products have a pop-up keypad that has a menu selectable F-key button... In IBM i Access, you use preferences > popup keypad, then select User defined. Enter a name, then the Customize button is now usable.
In the customize dialog, click the "Functions" tab, scroll down to "Program Function Key 13". Hilight it, then assign it to your pad template in one of the button boxes...
Right click on the emulator screen to show the pop-up.

Subject: how to use function keys F13 - F24 with Citrix remote desktop
I am logging in to my remote desktop from home using Citrix remote desktop.
When I want to use F13, I do shift-F1 and Citrix pops up a window asking if I want to end the session (which I don't).
I need F13 for a green-screen.
What is a good workaround that people have used?
