MAXFRAME: 1496
SSAP's all have a MAXFRAME: 1496

NETSTAT *IFC and then F11 until you see the MTU (or option 5 on individual interfaces). But for Ethernet with MAXFRAME 1496, your MTU will default to 1500 if the LIND is configured for ETHSTD(*ETHV2) and 1492 for ETHSTD(*ALL).
