I want to read a file in keyed sequence in a CL Program and wanted to
know if using a DCLF, and RCVF will use the specified key or read in
arrival sequence? Or if I need to specify that I want to use the key
by using the OPNDBF ACCPTH(*FILE) or possibly something else?

A non-shared open performed by the CL RCVF will effect the equivalent
of an Open Database File request using ACCPTH(*FILE), irrespective of
what [lack of] keys were established for the file that was referenced
during CRTCLPGM\CRTCLMOD to effect the compile.
