Brad,

IIRC, the maximum length allowed for the mailbox part of an email address
(the part before the @) is 64 characters, as per the RFC. The maximum
length of the email address (mailbox + @ + domain) is 254 characters. So it
seems that, although is 1 character short, the API is working according the
specs.
