On a linear spectrum with agile on the left and heavily regulated on the right I'd say we're pretty far on the left. But if we don't understand requirements, we don't just charge ahead. We pretty much nail about 90% of what we're trying to accomplish on the first attempt, as opposed to cycling through a number of iterations. We tend to not bite off more than we can chew even though we're cranking out new applications every month.

Honestly, I had to look up "agile development" under wikipedia to try to get a fresh idea where you might be coming from. Why do you ask?
