Exactly.

As pointed out in other posts, the QHTTPSVR subsystem needs to be started in the start up program as well, however that is a standard default so it is ordinarily running.

Hmm. I see something like what you're describing under the "Advanced"
tab of Web Administration, "Global Server Settings," with "Autostart"
right at the top. Is that what I'm looking for?
