The guys at Centerfield Technology have a lot of hidden gems (presentation,
newsletters, etc) in their website. One of them is "The Unconstrained
Primary Key" by Dan Cruikshank. You can find a copy of that presentation

BTW, iNav can show DDS defined LFs in the map, only it shows them as views
(not very helpful, I know). A SQL map is a lot nicer.
