I would simply order again. The messages may be in your spam filter as well so do be sure to check there.

If you just want a cume though you can get that by FTPing to ptf.boulder.ibm.com log in as anonymous and looking in /ccss/lv1/cache directory. All the cumes are in there. You didn't say version but the file name format is C, one digit year, julian day number, and VRM (Version Release Mod) so for v6r1 for example you could get C0215610_1.BIN and _2.BIN.

Note that these don't have the HIPER or DB integrated as a normal download does.
