Hi,
We have IBM System Storage TS3310 Tape Library for the Tape Management.
Sometimes the tape library gives an error 'Tape Library Door is Open' when we try to excute the command WRKMLMBRM command.The operator says that the tape library door is actually closed when he surveys the server.Recent issues have shown that the tape is actually stuck or the tape library needed to be reset to fix this problem.
Is there a way thru the TS3310 to fix this remotely without physical intervention at server location.
