I don't like using stuff like MMUCK to send email me individual spool
files. Often I have several and dragging and dropping allows me to zip
them together before sending to IBM without having to detach them from my
email first.
Another spool file emailer we use converts everything to PDF first. I
hate that. Copying and pasting text from within a pdf just gets screwy.
That, and the increased file size.

I use it for spool files. Yes, mine too are primarily to send to IBM.
Wish I could drag directly to email and not have to store it
intermediately in a folder on my pc first.
However, I've not had much luck dragging and dropping stream file stuff
with iNav (versus a netshare). The character set or something is never
quite right. I normally ftp.

Copying spool files is one of those rare cases where I do use -and prefer
-
the drag and drop feature from Navigator.
Nearly always it's when I've logged a support call with IBM and they want
a
job log or a program dump emailed to them.

However, I did drag a 170 over to the recycle center and drop it into

Is this a problem for anyone? It drives me nuts! I've not seen any
statements about this being fixed and it's NOT fixed in IBM i 7.1
