DSPSYSVAL QCONSOLE

If you have a QSYSMSG message queue then display it and see if someone's logging on to it wrong and varying it off. If not, you'll have to thread through QSYSOPR.

Well, I did reboot the HMC and that did not help.

So I IPL'd the machine. Now I have a DSP02 at "SIGNON DISPLAY" and DSP01
"VARIED OFF".

DSP02 (new) looks like a new console device created.

I know there is another console device where the machine is located so we
can use it when we are there. We normally keep it turned off. I wonder if
someone turned that on at some point and now it will not free up the
console connection. Any way to "knock it off" remotely, even though it
does not have a session?
