On the WRKOBKLCK panel, press F6 to display the record locks.
Also, the low level message CPF5027 for the job receiving the error will indicate the job that has the record locked.

Subject: How to find which program is loacking record

Hi
I am getting error when trying to update DB2 table (V6R1), how do i find
which program or user is locking a record,

I tried

WRKOBJLCK OBJ(LIB/FILE) OBJTYPE(*FILE)

I see most of the locks are of type *SHRRD, is there a way to find out
record level lock?
