For V5R4, SC1 is a free "drop in box" CD included with your 5722SS1 order.
I think the CD is labeled "IBM Portable Utilities for i5/OS". At any rate,
since it's inclusion was "triggered" by ordering SS1, I've been told SC1 is
on the ESS site under the SS1 package.
