For just the simple name of the LPAR (not the number) create this
command named "HU" on every LPAR
It takes a single line in the command source
CMD PROMPT('Who am I signed on as')

And the CL program below HUC is the CPP of the command HU.

/* HU *cmd HUC *clp */
/* retrieve info from session */
PGM
DCL &DEV *CHAR 10
DCL &USER *CHAR 10
DCL &SYSTEM *CHAR 10 /* RTVNETA */
DCL &MSGDTA *CHAR 81

MONMSG CPF0000 EXEC(GOTO ENDPGM )

RTVJOBA JOB(&DEV) USER(&USER)
RTVNETA SYSNAME(&SYSTEM)

CHGVAR &MSGDTA ('Signed on as' *BCAT &USER *BCAT 'at' *BCAT +
&DEV *BCAT 'on' *BCAT &SYSTEM )

SNDPGMMSG MSGID(CPF9898) MSGF(QCPFMSG) MSGDTA(&MSGDTA) +
TOPGMQ(*PRV) MSGTYPE(*COMP)
ENDPGM: ENDPGM

Which gives the following message when HU is typed on the command line:
"Signed on as USERNAME at DEVICE on BOX"
