Something is not right. As soon as I download the new mocha win7 version,
worked from the start. Maybe he did not grab the correct version?

this is where I downloaded from

I am confused. He is using Windows 7 and the Windows 7 version. But, he
tells me he is unable to enter a terminal type.

I had the same issue until I download the win7 version of it

I was on a telephone call for several hours trying to get a remote 5250
session connected. I told the person on the other side that a specific
terminal type was required. He told me that he had no provision for
selecting a
terminal type - just 24x80 or 27x132. I found out later that the
computer had Windows 7 and that he could not get the Windows XP version
of
Mochasoft to run.

I just wanted to know if anybody has seen problems getting Windows
7/Mochasoft to connect, and if there is that big a difference between
the XP
version and Windows 7.

Also tried PC5250 and that still did not offer, according to the other
end, an entry for a terminal type.

Thanks.
