If you are cut & paste from a telnet like iSeries Access (courier new
or
courier 10 (fixed width characters) would be the default), and you
paste
into an MS email product, where the the default is going to be ariel or
times roman (not fixed width characters) then you take the emailed code
&
paste back into courier - it doesn't work - but you can paste into an
editor, hightlight & change font back to courier new, & it should work.
If i'm sending code in an email, and want it as i see it on my screen,
I
change
the email font to courier new.
(not speaking for David and how the list server handles fonts)

http://code.midrange.com. Anyway, I tend to paste from UltraEdit, which
would strip all the special stuff anyway.
