Sure but you MUST install the V6R1 iAccess client and be sure to load at least the December service level. Note that this will also Require a Microsoft update. If you have 64 bit WIn 7 you must load both the 64 and 32 bit versions of the M$ update. This IS documented with the service pack.

DO NOT load the V5Ranything version of iAccess on any Win7 PC.

You will seamlessly be able to work with your V5R3Mx or V5R4Mx systems with the V6R1 iAccess client.
